The world of animals.Under our noses is another world, the world of animals. Rats in sewers, eating after us, like pigeons in the streets. Rats with wings pigeons are called, dwarfed by larger birds like seagulls. Beautiful birds, seagulls. Pure white with yellow-orange beaks. Large, graceful. The ballerinas of the air. Now we come to the dogs. Man’s best friend, barking at postmen, biting at their heels. Always alert, ready to pounce on those they see as threats to their pack, their family. Their family, always obeying the rules regardless of age. Cats, aloof, haughty.....No wonder the Ancient Egyptians worshipped them. You can picture them, sleek and shiny fur, not like a dogs matted pelt, but a silk smooth coat that clothes them. Eyes narrowed in contempt, licking themselves smoother than before as people they call servants do their bidding. Meow, minion bring my ball of string! Meow, time for food. Feed me already! ArroganceAristocratic arch of an eyebrow, followed by sneers and scorns. Repulsive and rude, insensitive and crude, unloved and hated by all. Referred commonly, in a low hiss, as that 'wealthy son of a bitch'. Overall, he seems smug and content, but his heart tells a different tale. Grouchy and lonely, impatient and sulky, he feels unworthy of all. Allergic to his own happiness, simple joy elusive. It's- Needless to say, he's well stuck this way. Or so he seems to think. Consumed by self imposed misery, pain morphs into wrath. But- Everything started to fall in place when a smile met his scowl. Arrogance by ~Harinezumi69

Fly Me To The Moon Fly me to the moon and I'll sing a lullabye, we'll make our dreams come true, we'll soar high 'bove the sky. With moondust in our hair and sun drops in our eyes, we'll wish the world away, hear no more plaintive cries.
Sail with me to Eire and we'll sing a bonnie tune, we'll frolick on the shore, we'll run along the dunes. No one there will harm us or cause us e're to fear, we'll only see the good, shed only happy tears.
Run with me to Eden and we'll play amongst the trees, we'll taste each juicy fruit, suck nectar with the bees. We'll run with pure abandon and sleep with pleasant dreams, we'll navigate the landscape, bathe in crystal strea Fly Me To The Moon by ~tommyboywood

Broken PromiseI was blinded by the brightest light, I made a promise until the end to fight! Alas, many promises suddenly break, Maybe they are weak or maybe they are fake. You slowly died inside my heart, Inspiration is rare since you are gone, Everything had ended before it could start. Once again I am in pure darkness alone. You dissolved into butterflies And now I feel how time flies. I wish to lose its track once more, I want to love like before. Alas, nothing will be the same, Only I am here to blame, I put out the sacred flame! I live in obscurity, you live in fame. Broken Promise by ~Zakemur

MistakeI forgot her and emptiness came back, My life it once again painted black! Like a dead butterfly by winds I’m blown, I'm on the same path, but I’m alone. She used to be my magic spark, Alas, she’s gone and now it’s dark. She guided me through toughest times, When I was not worth a few dimes. Yes, she was an just an image in my heart, The real her I knew I would not meet, So I broke my dreams apart And stopped my heart’s ferocious beat. Do not decline the gift from god above, Do not decline the sacred love! It is not a curse! Do not make my mistake, You do not know what is at stake. Mistake by ~Zakemur

ItAs the evening sun set, and colors raged and romped in the window from sky, that one glorious day, he was there, and so was it.
He had seen things like it before. Outside the invisible walls, while sitting in his chair. They soared and flapped and fluttered on their own. This one was different. This one still had the pointy fur, and it sort of hopped, like a bunny rabbit, over the long chair, but it had a big, long sting up it’s butt. A big long string up it’s butt that pulled it along, backwards and forwards, to and fro, across the long red seat. And it was long and red too.
Oh, the way that big long string up it’s It by *zphoenix

Epiphanies and alike. The moments when you realise something so raw and real, it triggers an emotional train of thought, new to you. It is like waking up, in your waking life, from a dream segment you thought to be as true as anything else; due to perception. Respect and value it's importance, for it is who you were and what's real–– challenged by experience. Reality splits into what you saw, and what you see, what you felt, and what you feel, what you knew, and what you know.
You hear yourself speak, and your own words, cause speculation, interest and satisfaction. Knowledge shows you a path, that always was, but was never tapped into; by you- the ow Epiphanies and alike. by *yours----truly

Of Sugars and SnickeringThough some would close the subject out, And of it, ne'er deign to speak. I laugh at the thought that I'll take a drink, and, through pinholes, start to leak!
My fingers are so stylish, Polka-dotted, brown on beige, from the tests I take. One day, you'll see I'll make fashion mag front-page!
I know, when I try to set foot through testy airport doors, Security will round me up and drag me 'cross the floors.
"What's this??" they'll cry, lifting up a case of which they've nabbed. "Why sir," I say, "T'is but slim skewer, My flesh is quite well-stabbed!"
So many people seem to gasp At black and blue paint on my thighs. I shrug an Of Sugars and Snickering by *HeadmistressMercedes

Birthday Parties! Dayum!Birthday parties! I just can't understand them. It's an interesting concept, and I always tend to keep wondering about them. For me, the thing about birthday parties is that the inaugural, the first birthday party you have and the last birthday party you have of your life, are actually quite comparable. You just kinda sit there, you're the least excited person at the party. You don't even really realize that there is a party. You don't know what's goin' on, you're physically there but, but practically unconscious . In both of them, people have to kinda help you blow out the candles, you can't do it, you don't even know why you're doing it. What is this ritual? What is going on? Are we gonna do a hooga booga dance around a bonfire in a few moments? And it's also the only two birthday parties, where other people have to gather your friends together for you. Sometimes they're not even your friends. They make the judgement. They bring 'em in, they sit 'em down, and they tell you - 'These a Birthday Parties! Dayum! by =ratulupadhyay

TeacherSteel your nerves, child, and learn to run Do not falter, go wild, to see the sun Capture the rays firmly in your fingers Hold tight until the warmth no longer lingers See, free, the swaying stalks of weeds and wheat Let your skin become bronze and tough in the heat
Walk now, child, it is not time to run The sun, it sets, the day is now done Let the moonlight filter through your hair Greet the stars as your sisters, let them welcome you there Dream, now, of what may come and what will be When you awake you will become she that is known as She

Rapatatat.Feeling, breathing, believing; seeing, being, achieving.
It's all about the love, about the passion; about the can v's the cant's, about construction.
It's the you in me, it's the us in them; it's the truth in the lies, it's the ink in the pen.
It's standing for who you are, its being proud to be you; it's staring into the eyes of death, without a fucking clue.
Know it, show it, own it. be it, see it, free it.
Don't stop until it's over, don't give up until the end; don't doubt yourself for a second, you are your only best friend.
Dance, prance, glance; chance, advance, enhance.
It's all about the humility, about the human condition;

She With the Red LipsSuch plush red lips which I could sink down into, dreaming Gatsby dreams, of days long past, and things forever lost, my glammer goddess watches over me from behind the big screen, while she dances between the shades of truth and lies, French perfume fills the air, and I recall the whiteness of fingers holding long, long cigarettes. we all lived to die, and died to live, with no thoughts for far away tomorrows.
